Basic Principles of Mutual Funds Trading
The situation of the Share Market India is one that needs special attention and recognition. Stocks are compilation of liquid assets that are readily available and that could be traded in times when the business requires like in emergencies so that the business will be able to overcome financial demands, particularly financial crisis. Stocks are sold only in form of shares. The trading capabilities and the available stocks that companies hold is reflected on the price of the shares. Therefore, shares allow individuals to hold some percentage or share in a company. The share holder’s capacity to decide on the company’s matter depends on the number of active shares he possess.
Like Stock Trading, Mutual Funds trading is also done the same way. Mutual funds can also be traded on the stock market. The NSE or National Stock Exchange launched a new trading system for mutual funds just recently. The new trading system for mutual funds is known as the Mutual fund Service System and was launched on November 30, 2009. Likewise, The Bombay Stock Exchange also introduced their version which is the BSE Star MF and was introduced also last year, December 4. These two new platforms was launched because of the initiative of the investors increasing their participation in retail.
